A Modular building kit I created for myself for a current project of mine. Thought I would share it with the world and make it easier for everyone to build levels!

Features

• Highly customisable - all of the walls have their own material, so changing textures and materials is super easy.
• UV unwrapped - most, if not all, seamless and tilable textures should work well with the models. If you want to change the tiling, you need to do that on the texture image itself, not on the material.
• Several Files - Includes FBX, GLB, and OBJ files. Each model is separated into its own file, but it also has files for all of the modular pieces in one.
